In renewable energy: an RE Project located within the premises of or in an area contiguous to an End-User’s premises and operated solely for the supply of a portion or all of the electricity requirements of such End-User. For this purpose, an “End-User” shall refer to any person or entity requiring the supply and delivery of electricity generated by the RE Project dedicated for its own consumption, which facility is installed either by the End-User or through a third-party provider.
