Note: The JCPC was renamed to “Joint Congressional Energy Commission” in accordance with the requirement under Section 37 of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act of 2019, which was signed into law on 12 April 2019.
The IRR does not have a counterpart term in the definitions section. Instead, the IRR provides for a definition of the Joint Congressional Energy Commission (JCEC), which is covered in a separate entry on this website.
