In electric power, power lines obstruction: burning of waste and other materials, excavation, quarrying, construction, and other activities of the same nature and character, which are performed partially or wholly inside the power line corridor which threaten or endanger the continuous and uninterrupted conveyance of electricity [Section 4(j), Anti-Obstruction of Power Lines Act of 2019]

In electric power, power lines obstruction: burning of waste and other materials, excavation, quarrying, construction, and other activities of the same nature and character and regardless of the purpose intended, which are performed partially/wholly inside the power line corridor which threaten or endanger the continuous and uninterrupted conveyance of electricity [Section 4(u), DOE Department Circular No. DC2020-02-0002, The Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 11361, Otherwise Known as the “Anti-Obstruction of Power Lines Act”]

Note: The IRR adds a clause in the middle stating “and regardless of the purpose intended”. Also, under the IRR, “or” is written as “/”.
