Also, under the IRR, the sequence of bulk depots and Refilling plants are switched, “cylinder warehouses, and storage areas and their corresponding logistical requirements such as personnel and equipment” is deleted; and additional items in the list are added (Hauler outlets, Dealer outlets, Retail outlets, Retail outlets, Seal manufacturer plants, Auto-LPG dispending stations, LPG pressure vessel and Ancillary equipment, manufacturing plants and/or importation warehouses, Requalifier shops, Repairer shops, Auto-LPG conversion shops and Centralized LPG piping system). DOE Department Circular No. DC2022-11-0037 adopts the wording in the IRR but converts the terms into defined terms.
