In energy efficiency and conservation: a DOE-EUMB energy audit team or their duly authorized representative(s) who shall conduct unannounced inspection of any GE or government facility for purposes of checking, monitoring, and evaluating energy consumption, preparing the agency audit rating, reviewing and recommending energy efficiency and conservation measures and technologies, and recommending the issuance of certificates of savings, among others, to verify compliance with energy conservation and efficiency programs pursuant to IAEECC Resolution No. 1, s. 2020.
