In nuclear energy: either (1) a device such as a radiation generator; or (2) for the purpose of Article 6 of this Act, either (i) any nuclear explosive device; or (ii) any radioactive material dispersal or radiation-emitting device which may, owing to its radiological properties, cause death, serious bodily injury, or substantial damage to property or to the environment [Section 5(i), Philippine National Nuclear Energy Safety Act of 2025]
