In power, electric vehicle: establishments which are allowed to supply power to the grid using EVs with reference to Section 7 of the EVIDA-IRR [Section 4(c), Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 11697 of the Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act]
Note: Under the IRR, the term is written as “Centralized Vehicle-to-Grid Facilities” and “electric vehicles” is written as “EVs”. The IRR also adds a cross-reference to the section in the IRR that tackles the term.
