Note: The IRR adopts the definition under the law, except for adjustments to writing style, namely, the capitalization of defined terms (“End-users” and “Supplier”) and the reference to “ERC” instead of the “Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC)” and to “the Act” instead of “the Act”.
