Note: This is the short title of the Act. The Act was signed into law on 8 August 2019. The Department of Energy (DOE) issued Department Circular No. DC2020-02-0002, The Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 11361, Otherwise Known as the “Anti-Obstruction of Power Lines Act”, on 6 February 2020.
