| In electric power, EV: Republic Act No. 11697, An Act Providing for the Development of the Electric Vehicle Industry [See Section 1, Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act of 2022] Note: “Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act” is the short title of the Act. The Act lapsed into law on 15 April 2022. The Department of Energy (DOE) and the Department of Transportation (DOTr) signed the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 11697 of the Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act in September 2022. The IRR refers to “EVIDA”. |
