Note: Under the Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act IRR, the term is alternatively referred to as “Assembler”. Also, “charging stations” is written as “EVCS”.

In lighting waste: any person who manufactures, assembles or processes lighting products, except that if the products are manufactured, assembled or processed for another person who attaches his own brand name to the lighting products, the latter shall be deemed the manufacturer.
