In renewable energy: the subdivision of the Philippines, for purposes of RE Applications for wind, geothermal and ocean resources, into RE meridional blocks (RE blocks) of thirty (30) seconds of latitude and thirty (30) seconds of longitude using the Philippine Reference System of 1992 (PRS’92) as the standard reference system. One (1) RE block shall have an approximate area of eighty-one (81) hectares.
